DigitalThemePark currently hosts and operates a dedicated Farming Simulator US server for mature, serious farmers.

Farming Simulator invites you into the challenging world of a modern-day farmer. Take on all the challenges of farming life, including working with animals (cows, chickens, pigs, horses, and sheep), cultivating your land, and harvesting crops.

Enjoy a wide variety of farming operations, including agriculture, animal husbandry, and forestry. Operate real machines from John Deere, CLAAS, Case IH, DEUTZ-FAHR, New Holland, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and many others in three diverse American and European environments. Now with the exciting addition of seasonal cycles and production chains!

DigitalThemePark has taken the dedicated server to the next level. Maintain your own money! You can monitor it, make it, spend it, invest in land, etc. You own/lease the vehicles and equipment you want. Share managing animals with others. Share the profits as well. It’s all up to you.

The “Heritage Farm” of Alma, Missouri

This is a unique property within Alma County and has been designated as a protected landmark. Its buildings and infrastructure are permanent and must remain intact to preserve the community’s character. DigitalThemePark is honored to serve as the steward of this historic property and to preserve it for future generations of farmers.

Ownership Rules

  • The Heritage Farm may be purchased by a player when it becomes available.
  • The first player to purchase the Heritage Farm becomes its Founding Owner.
  • As the Founding Owner, the property is considered a permanent commitment and may not be sold or transferred while you maintain an active farm.
  • If the Founding Owner permanently leaves the server, the property returns to DigitalThemePark.

Recap: The property may never be sold back to the bank, and all buildings and improvements associated with the Heritage Farm must remain intact.

Requirements and Regulations:

As with any simulation, DigitalThemePark has a few requirements and regulations.

  • Farms start with no land, no equipment, and no cash.
  • Farms are allowed to sell their initial land plot and buy another, but any future transactions with previously purchased property must be between human farms. Pre-sale land cleanup is required!
  • Bank loans are allowed up to a maximum of $10K at any given time.
  • All vehicles must be stored on your farm property.
  • Equipment and consumable purchases must be removed from the store lot within an hour.
  • Farms may contract A.I. field helpers and other human farmers.
  • Contracts are allowed.
    • See the above spreadsheet for randomly(computerized) assigned contracts.
    • If you accidentally accept a contract not assigned to you, please reimburse that farm for the full amount of the contract.
  • Expansion of fields as seedable/plantable areas is not allowed.
  • The landscaping feature is not allowed. (Ask us and we can assist).
  • If a farm goes “broke” (max bank debt, no cash, no collateral), the farm will be dissolved.
  • Farms leaving withered crops for greater than 3 days will be considered abandoned and available for other farms to purchase.
  • Transporting of equipment, driving to selling points, etc., must use roads.
  • Farmers must be in the DigitalThemePark Discord when on the server.
  • No whining. If you can’t handle the above regulations, don’t ask to be invited to the farm. This is also known as “Rule 10”.
